It looks like I have tiny cuts all around my left thumb. Looking at it looks like wooden splinters, clipping and plucking into it then looks like glass shards, actually plucking it out it’s thin flat bits of idk. Sharp pain when plucked. Seems I can’t ever reach what I’m digging for. When pain becomes too uncomfortable or I've spent hours on hours trying to find the splinter, I give up. It dries up and my skin somewhat dries up over the "splinter" it looks the same all over again. No matter how deep I've dug. There's a little bit of numbness. Swelling, redness and a whole lot of ugly. It's been about 3 months no more and no less pain since day 1. Please help.
