I feel pain in my penis when its erectile, even i am having a lil pain while urinating in my testicles, and there is a lot of itching recently on the urethral opening.i did not have any sexual intercourse since a long time though i masturbated and this thing happened after that as i think my skin got a little stretched that time but im not sure if it is an infection or any thing else. Kindly help me with possible reasons.
