I have unilateral sternalis muscle on right side. It causes severe burning with soreness all 24 hours. I am suffering from this pain for last 2 years. Can't live with this pain forever. Can someone suggest if removal of this muscle is feasible ?

We need to see why you’re having pain. It needs a clinical examination and further evaluation, but usually for muscle pains physiotherapy helps. consult local doctor for clinical examination. Usually, a muscle is not removed Surgical for pain.
