My mother of age 48 years is suffering from unilateral sensorineural hearing loss of 70 db. What can be the reason? She is not facing any other problems..is it common or to be worried.? What should we do? If hearing aid is not used , will she lost her hearing.. please help . I am very much worried.
Hearing loss was it sudden onset? History of any viral illness before hard of hearing ,any history of High BP,DM, thyroid problems?Any giddiness , vomiting, ringing sensation in the ear, unsteadiness while walking or standing?
