I've been getting pain in my perineum while erect & after ejaculation. The pain is a soreness pain & also a burning pain in urethra. Also I get separate pain in my penis (which seems coming from prostate) when it's semi-erect but not while flaccid or when 100% erect. This has been for the past 4-5 years. If I don't masturbate/ejaculate the pain rarely surfaces. I went 2 see a normal physician 1st. Urine test, blood test, sonography all results came normal. He suspected that it could b urethritis. But I'm virgin so how is tht possible? He asked me 2 do cystoscopy and urethrogram. While doing cystoscopy he wasn't able 2 reach my prostate and hence it wasn't done fully. I then did urethrogram and he said that I've a stricture which will require surgery. This terrified me and I went to a urologist. He told me it's nothing & that the narrowing is maybe due to me contacting the spincter muscle. He's asking me 2 do another cystoscopy if I want 2 investigate further. What is causing this pain?
