HI I have uneven shoulders the right hand is closer to neck and left hand is tight not flexible. The left back muscles are tight and also right side body is larger than left side Attaching pics for reference Can anyone help me to fix the shoulder and body Pic 1 shows right shoulder is upper than left one Pic 2 shows right hand is near to neck than left hand Any help or proper treatment can improve my daily routine  I am ready for paid consultation too. But I think the problem is with left side. Thank you
