Uneven muscle growth

Hi. I have low muscle growth in left then right. And I can not seat with back support (like chair) because my right shoulder turns out. Please help.

do u have any spinal problems like scoliosis. if u have not diagnosed please consult a near by doctor to find out for scoliosis.
