Uneasy feel in the Throat

Past few weeks i have been feeling uncomfortable on the inside of my throat on a specific area I also feel slight pain in my throat occasionally. I also feel that something is stuck in my throat. On inspection there is nothing that i am able to spot visibly. What possibly this could be.
