Uneasiness in urethral opening

I have been feeling uneasiness in my urethral opening. I feel the urge to urinate but can't release completely, it stops midway. There is burning/itching sensation 24*7 since last 4 days. I have been diagnosed with urinary tract infection in January and then again in April 2017. Same symptoms arose again. Please advice.

Get further work up and specialised tests like uroflowmetry,USG of KUB area. Consult a urologist in the locality
