Uneasiness in leg

I'm b12 deficient previous 2 months I was under medication of b12 supplements but doesn't work well Now doctor has changed medicine into neurobion forte injection shots may be due to absorption issue . I have taken 3 shots in 3 weeks I was feeling lil better too But yesterday evening I was stepping down to stairs suddenly I felt uneasiness in my legs under knee part I was able to move but with uneasiness while such issue was not while stepping up on stairs and even walking on flat surfaces. But after walking for few min I'm ok now. Why such thing happen , Is due to my deficiency? Or something else I have constipation nd digestive issue too

However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water.
