Is it because of B12 deficiency
Hello doctor my B12 is only 142. My shoulders my hand knees legs all pain a lot. i'm feeling very weak and tired also. is this all because of B12 deficiency or anything else? And i've heard people saying that many people can have a reaction from taking neurobion injections. is that true?

Please get the injections done under supervision of a qualified doctor. Yes they do cause reactions rarely

That is correct. Reactions do happen sometimes, although they are very rare, the injections should always be given under controlled circumstances by a qualified professional who can identify the symptoms of such reactions.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Yes,  such type of pain maybe due to vit b12 deficiency.  If you don't want to take injections,  you may take it in tablet form.  Please consult for further details
