Undigested food in stools

Hi Dr. I am facing this problem of undigested food ( specially high fiber foods and vegetables with seeds like bhindi, brinjal, jackfruit,) in my stool and gas, bloating from past 3 years. This problem has started after I got pregnant and my pregnancy totally changed my digestive system. Firstly my doctor told that it will go away after delivery but it has worsened in these 3 years after delivery. If i forcefully eat bhindi or any other high fiber food like beetroot, watermelon 🍉 or even cucumber. I feel bloating after sometime and stomach ache starts. Then this bloating triggers my migraine and i suffer for 3-4 days due to this. I can't digest most of the foods now so I am left with only lauki and tori type sabzi. I eat only homemade food no junk food also. What should I do now. My HB has also dropped this time 10.2. before it was always 13-15 range. Please advise

I think you should go for lifestyle changes as far as diet, exercises and routine activity is concerned. In summer season all vegetables have lot of water. They have enough fibre. They don't cause any allergy. So you start with your morning walk for about one hour. Before walk you should take a glass of water. Avoid all spicy and fried foods. Tea and coffee to the minimum. About half Litre of milk in any form. You can try some Abdominal exercises in lying position. You should take vegetables and fruits with high water content. All these things will help in the intestinal movements and gas problem will be solved.

From your history - it's known as IBS irritable bowel syndrome. Apart from above history I require some more history so you should take consultation from any RMP or me .
Next Steps
Do Upper and Lower  GI endoscopy to see any  abnormal structure in your GIT .
Health Tips
Please take 4-5 litre as drinking water .
