How much Sugar levels are dangerous for eyes and kidney? How frequently a diabetic should do Hba1c test?

A known diabetic patient should keep near normal blood sugar levels , that is between 80 to 150 mg/dl according to their age. Every 3 months a diabetic should do hba1c test.
