Understanding CT scan report for wrist

Kindly help me understand what the report for CT scan suggest and what should be treatment for it. Currently undergoing treatment for wrist and also on medication for Tuberculosis on presumptive basis. TB test CB-NAAT done and report was negative.

Your CT scan report is only suggestive not diagnostic you continue with drugs if no relief

Ct is  suggesting chronic infection, in india until prove otherwise such picture is seen in TB .

biopsy for confirmation. continue ATT till then.

Share xrays. ATT has serious side effects. CT talks about erosions with sclerotic margins referring to a inflammatory pathology.
