Hello, I wanted to use a winter cream since it got a lot colder than usual in Bangalore. I ordered Nivea soft cream , and after applying it, the skin around my eyes (above and below) started burning. And then became really dry. I think it is some kind of reaction, which I've never had with any other skin product ever. I cannot apply anything now on it, since it starts burning. Can you help me how to fix this?
