I have puffiness under both my eyes. When I wake up in the morning, it is even more. I had visited a wellness center and the doctor there told that it is due to the presence of fat and advised to undergo three sessions of lipo dissolve and three RF for tightening the skin. While there was a slight reduction, he now suggests to go for another 5 more sessions of lipo and RF each and now he says even after these 5 sessions, only about 80% result can be expected. My trust towards the doctor is in doubt, so I would like to know it the doctor was right in his treatment and also what is the procedure to permanently remove under eye puffiness.
