Uncontrolled sugar levels

Dear Sir/Madam I have had diabetes for several one decade,my sugar Hb1c level is 9.8,I am feeling weakness by the day end,.from past several months I had started taking the generic medicines from govt pharmacy here,I think the medicine has not much effect on me. Kindly suggest the guidance and medication Refer attached a screenshot of my blood test reports.
