Uncontrolled sleep, blabbering if woken

2024-07-16 16:54:03
I've been struggling with a sleeping problem. I seem to fall asleep without my knowledge. When someone wakes me up in the middle of the night, I seem to blabber things that are totally unrelated, as if I've been doing office work or some other work all along. This is causing so many problems in my relationship. I'm unable to control my sleep after a certain time. I can't remember any of this in the morning, even if my girlfriend narrates the whole thing. Is this a sleep disorder? Is this confusional arousal? Is there a way to resolve this and repair my relationship?

Definitely it seems to be some issue in relation to your mental health.. you require a detailed evaluation from psychiatrist. Underlying stress, anxiety, depression may also lead to this kind of situation.
