Uncontrolled Diabetes from last 4 years.

Hello Doctors, My age is 30 Years and i have uncontrolled diabetes from last 4 years. Current HbA1c is 11.6 and my Homa IR test shows BETA Cell Function 16.4, Insulin Sensitivity 83.2, HOMA IR 1.20 & Insulin 7.5. I am taking Janumet 50/1000 and Gluconorm G4 Forte. Still it is not controlled.

Being a young diabetic you should maintain HbA1C below 6.5 % in order to minimize risk of complications. U should consult a diabetologist and get your prescription revised
