Dear Sir I can imagine it must be quite tough for you and your family. Your wife needs a detailed evaluation to understand what is causing these behavior. Is this happening for the first time, Is there any underlying cause, we also need to evaluate for mental health conditions like depression or personality disorders Talk to your wife regarding your concerns, ensure her that you are there to support her and please encourage her to see a psychiatrist. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra
