Uncontrollable fear thoughts,

When ever i go to new place of visit the day before leaving i feel restlessness and i worry that i will be safe in new place or while in journey i may loose control of mind etc, that i will become sick then will be shown to doctors etc..plus sometimes on sunday or in in evening time i feel weirdness in enviornment,or weird thoughts come in mind.
