Unbearable periods

My mother is 40 years old. She has been suffering from excessive blooding during her periods for 5 years. She has to change her pad in 1 to 2 hour. Bleeding has not any clots but a clear and red blood. It comes with a speed flow which stains her clothes. She has all over pain in every joint of her body. Please help me with this.

I don't know why she waited for 5 years with this problem . She should have consulted a Gynaecologist much earlier. Please consult a Gynaecologist in your area now. This is not a simple matter to be left for Tele-consultation but it is manageable.
