Unable to sleep properly

My daughter is encountering problems in her sleeping habit , she is unable to sleep properly even after having a hectic schedule and working hard all day long , can please anyone help with this issue .

Maintain proper schedule of the work . Proper sleep hygiene to practice . Try avoiding any tea coffe before sleep . Practice deep breathing excercise some physical activity for at least 20minutes. Maintain sleep cycles with regular time of sleep Avoid sleeping during daytime or afternoon.
