I understood ur concern. I want to know two
things whether
# You don't get sleep at all
OR
# You don't feel fresh after waking next day &
blaming it to ur poor sleep.
* Now what's a poor sleep / sleep problems:
1. Inability to initiate sleep
2. Inability to maintain sleep
3. Frequent wake ups throughout night
4. Early morning awakening
* Now I want to know about ur thought,
1. Is ur mind in preoccupied by ur sleep issue
most of the time throughout the day.?
2. Does the excessive thought about sleep issue
worries you and causing distress into day to
day life activities.
If there is sleep & thought problems in term of
above mentioned points ,you need to talk a
Psychiatrist , bcoz apart from above issues there
are numerous causes of sleep problems that will
be not easy to write everything here.

Follow " SLEEP HYGIENE " :
1. Fix ur time of sleeping & waking.
2.Exercise in morning is important/must
3. Avoid afternoon nap.
4. Dinner must be taken min 2hrs before
sleeping .
5. Food must be light & simple , no excessive
water/coffee/nicotine is allowed before
sleeping.
6. Room must be dark, calm & cool at night.
7. Bed must be used solely for sleeping , no
watching phones , eating , reading is
acceptable over ur sleeping bed.
8. Just try to keep ur feet into warm water
before sleeping.
9. If the bed or room is problematic , try other
bed & room.

** I request you madam not to take any
SLEEPING PILLS without consulting only
Psychiatrist, otherwise u will welcome other
problem in ur life.
** Don't follow google or other sources it will
misguide further.
