Iam unable to sleep since from 1week properly, all most full of the day iam feeling like a headache and feeling unhealthy.  Give me solution plz...

Put generous amount of virgin or edible coconut oil to head and massage same oil to foot by your own hands... Sleep in a silent place by observing your breathing where it starts goes and reaches.. just observe... and don't manipulate breathing... Having hot milk added with 2 or 3 tsp of ghee before sleep helps to sound sleep and headache
