Unable to Sleep due to snores

I am unable to sleep on my back due to snoring, I have to sleep on my sides this causes pain and I keep waking up in night.

There are many causes for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Obesity, deviated nasal septum, laxity of pharyngeal muscles, tongue base hypertrophy etc. Identification of cause is important before planning any treatment
