Hi, I'm unable to control my thoughts and emotions. All of a sudden I get anxiety attacks and I sweat out completely. It happens at any point in time of the day. I have to fly back to US on 28th. I don't know if I'd make there safe and stay there. My parents have invested a lot in me. I am seriously in need of help. I'm unable to control myself
