Uterus anteverted bulky heterogram echo post wall 6.3 cm adernamyema ET 6.3mm. chocolate cyst in both ovaries 5.1 or 2.3 cm 2Afc +2Afc . Fallopian tubes open but small uterine cavity show irregular contour predominantly in fundal region. Can I conceive after surgery laproscopy or hestroscopy. Report attached

Your hysterosalpingogram seems to be OK. You should get an MRI  done to determine the precise location of the fibroid. If your husband's semen analysis report is normal you can conceive with this report.
