Hi Practo user,  you r only 28 yrs, if your all reports r normal,  and you r planning properly than you will get pregnancy in 8 months to 1 yr.If you tried already for 1yr and calculating your expected ovulation dates, then meet gynaecologist . Gynaecologist will induce your ovaries and also see the patency of tubes and iui can be done if needed.

U must get a diagnostic hystero laparoscopy done.... once that is done u can start ovulation induction cycles and iui
