I started timed intercourse with Letrozole for 6 months. I started in the month of Jan. Everytime I have been anle to ovulate and released a mature egg. I'm still unable to conceive. My HSG test was done and tubes were open. My husband's SA had only issue was that he had 32% sperm mortility. Doctor prescribed him zincovit and Paternia XT and he has been taking that from April also no unhealthy habits. We both are fit and healthy. As I haven't conceived after 6 cycles, what are my options now? Also what happens if Letrozole is used for more than 6 cycles?
