Hi Dr, Sometimes unable to breath properly due to cold in the chest and for me always there is a cold . Specially in the morning I am getting too much of cold. Need your suggestions on this to rectify. Thanks..

Your case sounds like "Allergic Rhinitis with Hyper reactive airways". I mean evolving Asthma. Your situation has no cure, it can only be controlled. You need to take steroid nasal sprays for the rest of your life as long as you live in that same place.
