I have uneven skin tone , my forehead , area under lips is darker and also neck look bit darker then whole body... So what should I use. Any cream to brighten face skin and make it even.. my main concern is how brighten the dark parts .. thanks

There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
