Question:
The umbilical hernia contains only omentum so do it require surgery or we can avoid the surgery?

Since it is clearly mentioned in the Ultrasonography report that the contents of the hernia are irreducible and getting strangulated (decreased blood supply) the condition of the patient may get complicated in case surgical intervention is not immediately done.
