Kindly examine my 2 year old baby boy report, is there any problem ..he is having stomach pain frequently..and 4 to 5 days before he had diarrrhea for 6 days..now diarrrhea problem resolved but stomach pain still there..he also suffer from constipation and having mucus in stool..

The report looks normal. No need to be worried. Try to maintain proper bowel habits daily and stop junk food especially Kurkure, lays and all. Try to feed him with more fibre food , vegetables and fruits . Plenty of water daily atleast 3-4 liters a day. Keep a healthy diet and some daily activity daily.
Next Steps
Add banana to his diet daily. Especially at night And good water content.

No need to worry about report ,suggestive of mesenteric lymphadenopathy but not significant and no antibiotic treatment required for smaller size..

For abdominal pain u can take Colicaid syp as when required
