25 week pregnant but in ultrasound report baby bone not developed and blader show pelviectasis problems. Then What to do. Give suggestions.

Did you get NT scan with double marker blood test?? at 12 to 13 weeks, ? If not visit Fetal medicine Department and may need further evaluation with NIPT or Amniocentesis to rule out Chromosomal abnormalities like Downs Syndrome
