Your mother has gastritis with hiatus hernia. Her symptoms will not settle unless associated with lifestyle changes which include bland diet and exercises. If she is over weight then she needs weight reduction programme. Finally there is a condition called bilious gastritis ....a little known entity but testing can be enormously costly and anyway the treatment might be unaffordable.
