I am suffering from kind of ulcer for last three months, have taken vitamins, however, has not been helpful, Happy to provide any additional information. Thanks for your help

The picture quality is not really good. Try Dentogel gel thrice daily, C. Cobadex CZS (B-complex with multivitamins) once daily for 15 days and T. Nexpro 40 mg before breakfast for 15 days. If not coming down with this, please consult a dermatologist.
