I'm diagnosed positive for Dangue.. Do i have typoid as well? Salmonella tyhi O  -  1:40 Salmonella typhi H - 1:40 Salmonella paratyphi A(H) 1:40 Salmonella paratyphi B(H) 1:40 Typhpoid IgM negative Total WBC count 3250 Neutrophils 74.8 Platelet count 1.30

Widal test positivity below 1:80 is not considered to be reliable for diagnosis and another test if comes positive in rising titres then only it is significant. If you have specific symptoms suggestive of typhoid fever then only it can be taken for deciding treatment of typhoid.
