On 16june my child of 2and half year has a fever, then it continued for consecutive 7days when we shown him to Dr. On 7th day,his blood test were done and detected waek positive typhoid , dr. Started cifixime the after 2days on no effect on fever dr. Added azithromycine now, it's been 7days of giving azithromycine with cifixime and my child has no fever since last 2 days. I wanted to know that weather to stop the medication, or shall I continue it if yes then for how many days more .please help me with answers

Both medication should continue for 2 weeks and at dose which is recommended by Indian Academy of Pediatrics for Typhoid.

For the course of antibiotics you have to consult the treating physician. Usually,it's 14 days after the fever goes away.
