Please find below the widal test results, 1. salmonella typhi o- POSITIVE(1:160 dilution) 2. salmonella typhi H- POSITIVE(1:160 dilution) 3. salmonella paratypbi A(H)- Negative(1:20 dilution) 4. salmonella paratypbi B(H)- Negative(1:20 dilution) Please do let me know whether it will be spread to others in the family.

Typhoid usually gets transmitted through contaminated food or water intake. If you use proper sanitation, hand hygiene then it won't spread. You should also get proper treatment in the correct dose. Ideally a blood culture should be done to confirm typhoid. Best wishes.
