Widal test report Salmonella typhi O 1:80 dilutions Salmonella typhi H. 1:80 dilutions Salmonella paratyphi AH 1:160dilutions Salmonella paratyphi Bh. 1:160 dilutions Impression Positive +ve It's my widal test report is typhoid attack' or not , give the clear explanation and what kind of diet should follow please help me

Although widal test is not a very specific test and may have a false positive reports. But this is suggestive of paratyphoid infection. A detailed history may help to guide you better My suggestion would be to get a blood culture done.
