Paracetamol 2×day and second you have to take antibiotics for typhoid fever cefixime 200 mg 2 × day  also you have to take oflox 200 mg 2 x day Continue for 7 days.

Yes, antibiotic injections better for typhoid fever.your doctor will guide and fix the dose and duration of treatment depending upon the case severity . Paracetamol is a temporary measure for any fever.
