I have been suffering from Typhoid since two weeks. I am taking monocef injection morning and evening daily. I am done with 7 injections till now. However the fever is not coming down.

I am highly doubtful that you have typhoid fever. It is the most common misdiagnosed cause of fever, and is based on WIDAL test. The best way to diagnose typhoid fever is by getting a blood culture. Visit your physician for revaluation.
