Hello doc My baby diagnosed with typhoid fever in blood culture. His temperature become normal on 8th day of antibiotics but on 11th day It raised to 100.6 our doc told it is normal and will settle gradually. Plesad let me know how many days it will take to completely normal body temperature in typhoid fever.

Now it shouldn't happen One off fever spike may be due to less fluid intake. If it continues tomorrow, get baseline blood test again.
