Your sugars seem to be well controlled. But thats not enough. Choice of drugs also has to be made properly so as to preserve beta cells. Wrong drug might control sugars for short term but may lead to oral tablet failure soon. You are on glimeperide 1 mg and i would prefer to stop it. Metformin dose should be increased if needed. Voglibose has no role in your case as it is for high post meal sugar levels
