I just got my allergy blood test done. It came class 1 allergy for tomatoes. My question is can I eat cooked tomatoes or do I have to completely avoid tomatoes? The test was done because I have sinusitis so my ent doctor suggested it. It came strong positive for house dust.

Try to keep your house dust free by frequent change of bedsheets, pillow cover, curtains  etc. For food items be more observant when eating and any specific food you think causes u a problem please avoid that item.
