After my son vaccine around 8 PM tonight, he is now having some fever ... is that ok? Should I give him medicine for fever or should I wait till morning?

Low fever may be possible after the vaccine. Check temperature with a thermometer. If it's more than 100 deg F, give him paracetamol syrup in appropriate dose for his weight. Try sponging with room temperature water. If child develops any other symptoms along with fever, consult your pediatrician.
