Two vessel coronary artery disease

LEFT MAIN: - 20% stenosis in distal left main. LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING ARTERY: - 90% stenosis in proximal LAD - 60% stenosis in mid LAD - Distal LAD is normal - 40% stenosis in diagonal CIRCUMFLEX & OM: - LCX and OMs are normal RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY: - 90% eccentric stenosis in distal RCA - Rest of the RCA are normal -  PDA is normal - Minimal disease in PLV What shall be done? Please help

We can do Angioplasty of both LAD and RCA using minimum 2 stents under Intravascular ultrasound guidance . You can avoid a bypass in this case
