Two miscarriages in a row.

First miscarriage June 2023: Got pregnant in first trail and vaginal bleeding with low rise in Hcg . Doctors couldn't see anything in scan at 6weeks and SUSPECTED ECTOPIC PREGNANCY as they have seen some adnexal mass adjacent to left ovary and gave methotrexate . HSG test done and tubes are open. Uterus look normal. Ovaries look normal. Endo line 10.3 mm.Basic tests are done and no issues found with anything. Second miscarriage April 2024: Spotting brown at 5 weeks and no rise in Hcg levels. Did ultrasound at 5 week 3 days and did not see anything. PREGNANCY OF UNKNOWN LOCATION and they gave methotrexate immediately . Can I decide both as ectopic pregnancy ? as in both pregnancies they did not confirm they have seen pregnancy is present somewhere outside . Can I can try again to conceive naturally or is it better to go to IVF to be out of risk of another miscarriage. I am 32 years old. Please suggest.
