Left ovary has 3x2 cm endometrial cyst. Right paraovarian cyst of 2.5x 1.7 cm with septations. Contraceptive pills on for last 4 months.

Endometriosis & the paraovarian cyst both will require removal by laparoscopic surgery. Contraceptives will have no action on the paraovarian cyst and only a slight action on the endometriosis. Contraceptive pills will not heal the root cause of the problem. Cysts are a sign of lymphatic congestion. Needs proper evaluation from a good gynaecologist.
